Job Summary:
As part of the Learning and Development Team, the Learning Experience & Curriculum Design Assistant will collaborate with subject matter experts to support innovative learning content, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, videos, and blended learning experiences. Will identify and support Learning and Development content experts in the usage of engaging digital, virtual, instructor-led, and blended learning solutions leveraging learning technologies and enterprise systems. Additional duties include researching and suggesting implementation of innovative learning approaches that address varying learner characteristics and demographics, applying principles of adult learning, instructional design, accessibility, and inclusion to ensure learning solutions meet the needs of diverse audiences, monitoring participation, gathering learner feedback, assessing outcomes, and analyzing performance data to continuously support improvements of lea...
