Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Customer Success, Product Implementation, and Subject Matter Experts—to build learning experiences that support product adoption, user onboarding, and ongoing enablement. Instructional Design & Content Development

Design and develop engaging eLearning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (i.e., ADDIE, SAM) Create detailed storyboards, scripts, and learning objectives aligned to business goals Build interactive courses using course authoring tools Design assessments, kno...
