Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging training materials on BlackLine products, including eLearning modules, videos, instructor‑led training, and exams.
• Translate complex accounting principles into accessible, understandable concepts within our software.
• Ensure all final deliverables maintain the highest quality of writing, editing, and formatting to positively impact learning outcomes.
• Manage multiple training projects from concept to release, maintaining formal project plans, using tracking systems, and consistently meeting deadlines in coordination with Training Leadership.
• Partner with Technical Trainers, stakeholders, and other SMEs to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and impact.
• Build strong relationships across the organization to foster a culture of continuous learning and customer success.
• Collaborate with team members to share instructional design ideas and build new models or templates.
