• Design and develop implementation of learning solutions, prepare recommendations and reports, and lead client presentations.
• Manage the delivery of complex projects, applying sound judgement to identify and resolve issues, ensuring successful delivery of people‑related initiatives.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and support on change and learning projects.
• Support the growth and development of Consultants and Senior Consultants through coaching, guidance and learning opportunities.
