Role Overview
The Learning Partner acts as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, partnering with departments to identify capability gaps, translate business needs into learning solutions, and ensure training initiatives drive measurable performance outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
Business Partnership & Needs Analysis
- Partner with leaders and managers to understand business objectives, performance challenges, and capability gaps
- Conduct learning needs analysis
- Translate business priorities into targeted, scalable learning strategies
Learning Strategy & Solution Design
- Co‑design learning solutions aligned to business goals (e.g., blended learning, on‑the‑job learning, coaching, digital content)
