Purpose of Job

The role identifies learning needs, applies methodologies, develops learning materials, and facilitates training and assessments for the workforce, including 18.1 and 18.2 appointments, in accordance with legal requirements and the Energy business learning strategy, frameworks, policies and guidelines.
