About the Role

Plympton Academy is seeking to appoint a highly organised and proactive Learning Resources, Reprographics & Reading Intervention Assistant to join our friendly office team. This is a varied and impactful role for someone who enjoys working with young people and is passionate about supporting literacy, learning and student success. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our Learning Resource Centre, coordinating reprographics services and delivering reading interventions, helping to foster a positive reading culture across the academy.

• Promote LRC engagement to maximise student use and support a vibrant reading culture.
• Manage selection, development, and procurement of resources.
