As Learning Services Analyst (HR processes) you will design and produce interactive, engaging, and effective digital learning experiences that teach our employees how to use Ingredion HR technologies, HR Global Process Updates and initiatives around of the world.
You will be responsible to manage our LMS (Learning Management System) and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our colleagues there.

Manage and attend HR service tickets
Create and deliver e-learnings with interactivity levels that range from basic (i.e. static text and images on screen) to advanced (i.e. multi-part, branching simulation activities)
