Learning Solution Manager

Location: Canada

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment of approved programs and sub‑projects related to a larger need.
• Partner with Learning Consultants to prioritize, plan, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Lead the creation of high‑level program and project plans to support design, development, delivery, and implementation of instructor‑led, web‑based, or game‑based learning solutions in a matrix organization.
• Mandate, where needed, oversee one or more Level1 Project Managers and conduct internal and client status meetings.
• Create and review project schedules and budgets.
• Participate in the solutioning process by creating presentations and solution definitions.
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with applicable project stakeholders including team members, team leads, internal customers, functional SMEs, business partners, and leadership.
