Responsibilities: The Learning Specialist will support students by assessing individual learning and instructional needs to ensure an effective learning environment for DTI students; offer a wide range of appropriate interventions and work closely with the instructors, program support facilitators, and program coordinators to provide guidance in a variety of areas, including teaching strategies and instructional skill development to effectively create an inclusive learning environment with appropriate assessment and evaluation to meet students’ unique requirements; observe, interview and utilize other applicable resources to establish effective individual learning plans for DTI students.
