Autism Anglia and Doucecroft School, based in Colchester, are seeking a Learning Support Assistant after a recent promotion. The successful LSA will aim to inspire and encourage learners to develop their knowledge and confidence across multiple educational disciplines, facilitating a supportive and safe environment for learning. This is an exciting opportunity that would be well suited to Learning Support Assistants who enjoy supporting learners in both an individual and group setting.

Salary

£22,607.28 per annum (Term Time only, plus additional days for training)

Hours

38.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per annum (term time only) plus 3 days per annum during school holidays
