Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a coeducational secondary school located in Havant, graded ‘GOOD’ by Ofsted.  The school are seeking learning support assistants to join the department from September 2026 on a full-time, temp to perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive environment within a successful school.  Although experience supporting young people within a SEN is beneficial, it is not essential for this role; the successful candidate will be passionate about supporting students with additional learning needs to reach their full potential.  Career progression is encouraged by the school with support through an outstanding CPD programme for staff at all levels of experience.  The school is easily accessible by car or public transport.

Beneficial: Candidates with training in, or experience in EAL (English as a Foreign Language) and/or ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistants) would be advantageous to this post.
