Secondary Learning Support Assistant – SEN Department – Ilford

Full Time | Term Time Only | ASAP & September Starts Available | Up to £120 per day | Long Term Role (Temp to Perm)

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in SEN support or a strong interest in working with students who require additional support to access the curriculum. You will play a key role in helping pupils achieve both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support within the SEN department
• Support students with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties
• Assist pupils in lessons and during intervention sessions
• Work closely with teachers, SENCo and pastoral teams
• Help implement EHCP targets and support plans
• Promote engagement, independence and inclusion
