Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Nouryon GCC as Lease Deputy Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a range of activities related to the leasing (IFRS16), which includes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining compliance with company policies, and driving continuous improvement within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lease accounting and analysis : Review, analyze, and interpret complex lease agreements to ensure correct accounting treatment. This includes evaluating lease terms, options, and renewals.
• Lease management system: Based on all evaluation, lease accountant will be responsible to create the IFRS 16 contract in PLANON tool.
• Financial reporting : Prepare monthly and annual financial reports as per company policy and procedure.
