Responsibilities

+ Conduct reconciliations to ensure operating expenses comply with lease terms.

+ Maintain the integrity of real estate portfolio data for large, complex global clients.

+ Assist asset managers in reviewing invoices and contractual terms.

+ Manage the Purchase Order lifecycle for leased asset portfolios, including requesting, tracking, and monitoring POs.

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for Accounts Payable inquiries and validate invoices against contractual terms.
