The Lease Administrator, Transactions Management role is critical in supporting the successful execution of high-volume transactions by managing the estoppel process. In addition to estoppels this role focuses on building scalable workflows that leverage technology and process improvements to drive efficiency across the Transactions team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the estoppel process from preparation through resolution for dispositions and financings.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams, external customers, and deal counsel throughout the estoppel process.
• Subject matter resource for investments and debt capital market teams regarding Link’s lease data.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement technology-driven solutions that enhance scalability and support high transaction volumes.
