Lease Manager (sales market)
responsible for the management of the store portfolio in the Iberian region (Spain and Portugal).
Key Responsibilities:
Enabling long-term growth by finding top locations for new stores.
Obtaining the best possible deals by negotiating lease contracts with property owners.
Optimizing the existing portfolio through lease actions for existing stores (renegotiations, rebuilds, extensions, and terminations).
Working in close collaboration with the Expansion Manager to set and implement the strategy in your market.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Real Estate, Business/Economics, or a similar field.
