Role Purpose

The Leasehold Officer is responsible for delivering a highquality, consistent leasehold and homeownership service across ISHA’s portfolio.

This includes leasehold & shared ownership homes. The role ensures legal compliance, accurate servicecharge management and excellent resident experience, while acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders and homeowners.
