Leasing administrator with 5+ years’ experience in the property management types & property types for landlords and/or tenants
Responsible for the end-to-end administration of lease and sale transactions
Ensure compliance with company procedures, FICA / RMCP
Lease Preparation and Administration
Lease Renewals
Transaction Reporting
Social Media and Marketing Support
