Support the Leasing Director in his work by fulfil daily tasks with himConsistently updating of all Remerchandising Documents (Maps, Remerch. Plan, Agenda/Minutes, Pipeline call)Coordination of Meetings (Presentations, Catering, Timing, Rooms, Invitations)Track the Leasing Timelines and datesTake Minutes of every Leasing MeetingPreparing Info packages, HoTs (internal and external)Close communication with Legal, regarding new Documents (Insurance, Bank Guarantee, SEPA)Preparing internal Presentations (Openings, JLD, Unit offers)Set up Legal DocumentChecking if external maps (Village Maps)Updating SharePointMonthly Bank ReportingUpdating SalesforceSupport on Budget meetings and preparation<...
