Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and identify suitable commercial retail spaces for F&B brands across assigned markets.
  • Conduct property evaluation, and location feasibility studies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, IPCs, brokers, and property owners.
  • Negotiate commercial lease terms, rentals, lock-in periods, fit-out periods, CAM charges, and other key commercial conditions.
  • Draft, review, and coordinate Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, and related commercial documentation.
  • Lead end-to-end leasing transactions from property identification to deal closure.
  • Coordinate with legal, operations, and client teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain accurate property databases, leasing reports, and market intelligence.
  • Achieve leasing targets while ensuring high client satisfaction.
