About The Role The incumbent will be based at a retail mall and will report into a Centre Manager with specific responsibilities for the leasing, marketing and lease management activities of the building.
What You’ll Do - Accountable for driving revenue by prospecting new and working on renewal of short-term License Agreements and long term Leases identified by the company.
- Involved in formulating, developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- General administration of all lease documentation.
- Serving any contractual notice required in relation to tenancy expiration upon instruction by Landlords.
- Assisting with the delivery of possession to new tenants and arrange collection and refund of security deposit as mentioned under Tenancy Agreement.
