To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Education, Applied Linguistics, Academic Development), plus a Level 7 teaching qualification i.e. PGCE and Fellowship of the HEA Academy (essential) with commitment to achieving Senior Fellowship (SFHEA). 2. Significant experience in Learning Development, Academic Skills, EAP, or Higher Education teaching and learning, including demonstrable expertise in coordinating or leading pedagogy and curriculum design, inclusive education, and the integration of AI literacy into learning and teaching at programme or institutional level. 3. Experience designing and delivering workshops, 1:1s, and embedded provision 4.
