**100% Teach one to four 3-hour or 5-hour courses at the 100-, 200-, 300-, 400-, or 600-level.**

+ Prepare for and attend all class meetings. In case of absence, the lecturer must make arrangements for a substitute to teach class. Classes should not be canceled.
+ For asynchronous online courses with no class meetings, engage and interact with students via posted videos on course content, video-chat sessions, more frequent email updates, etc.
+ Develop assignments, administer tests, evaluate student work, provide feedback to students, and assign grades.
+ Conduct assessments of student learning and comply with department requests for course data on assessment practices and learning outcomes.
