What the role is: Lecturer / Senior Lecturer (Makerspace+)
What you will be working on: Coaching and Mentorship - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to students, staff and start‑ups on engineering‑based projects/prototyping.
- Foster creativity and critical thinking in a collaborative, inquiry‑driven learning environment.
- Assist learners in designing, prototyping, testing, and refining their projects.
Workshop Facilitation - Design and lead hand‑on workshops related to mechanical engineering, electronics, CAD, robotics, or other relevant areas.
- Support cross‑disciplinary projects that combine engineering with art, design, or coding.
Makerspace Management - Ensure safe and effective use of tools and equipment (e.g. 3D printers, laser cutters, woodworking machines, soldering stations).
