Lecturer/Assistant Teaching Professor of Communication in Audio Production
The School of Humanities at Penn State Harrisburg is accepting applications for a non-tenure line Lecturer/Assistant Teaching Professor of Communication with demonstrated professional expertise and/or experience in Audio Production to start in the fall 2026 semester, with a possible spring 2027 start if needed. The program seeks candidates with teaching and/or relevant professional expertise in audio production (pre- to post-production in radio), studio and field production, podcasting, and news reporting and editing (per AP style). Experience with audio production, audio and editing equipment, and hardware and software for music production, podcast creation, sound design, along with pre- and post-production work (with software such as Adobe Audition, Adobe Audacity, and GarageBand)...
