Misdaqia Technologies is seeking an experienced and hands‑on LED Installation Lead to manage and execute indoor and outdoor LED display installations across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising installation teams, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with customers and project managers, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within company standards.

• Installation, commissioning, and testing of LED display systems, including indoor, outdoor, fixed, rental, and digital signage solutions.
• Interpret technical drawings, installation plans, and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure proper alignment, calibration, and configuration of LED display modules and cabinets.
• Coordinate site activities to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
• Conduct site surveys and provide installation recommendations.
