Position Overview

Leading Irish law firm are hiring a Legal Administrator. 1 year FTC Fully onsite Dublin 2 offices (on the quays) In this role, you will support a busy team of Company Secretaries working with a variety of international clients. Your duties will include: Administrative support associated with company filings board changes, shareholder changes and registrations. Support in preparation and maintenance of statutory books and client files. Updating documents using MS office and other IT systems. This is an urgent hire and the firm will seek to interview ASAP. To be selected for interview, you will need to demonstrate experience working in an administrative role in a legal firm and strong admin skills as well as excellent working knowledge of MS Office programmes.
