Position Overview
The Legal Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Legal Department. Reporting directly to the Legal Director and Legal Officer, the role is responsible for assisting in legal proceedings, monitoring regulatory deadlines and submissions, preparing standard legal documents, maintaining corporate records and repositories, and ensuring the efficient organization of legal documentation.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality. This role is integral in supporting the Legal Department's day-to-day operations and ensuring timely completion of legal and corporate requirements.
