As a Legal Secretary/Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the conveyancing department. Your responsibilities will include:
Audio typing and document preparationOpening and maintaining client filesProducing correspondence, legal documents and formsManaging emails, post and diary appointmentsScanning, photocopying and archiving documentsLiaising with clients, estate agents and third parties by telephone and in personUpdating the case management system with accurate informationProviding general administrative support to the Partner and wider teamAssisting with other duties as requiredAbout You:
