Position Overview

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of retail business commercial contracts and agreements
Advising on corporate and commercial legal matters to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Providing legal support for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic initiatives
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
Researching and staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
 คุณสมบัติ Degree in Law with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law
Demonstrated expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
Solid understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and risk management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
