Legal Analyst

**Overall Job Summary**

This role is responsible for supporting the Legal team’s Merchandising and Marketing practice through legal and factual research, coordination of legal intake, preparation of attorney-ready summaries and draft materials, and facilitation of communications with internal business partners, outside parties, and regulatory agencies. Under the supervision of counsel, this role partners closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Product Development, and other internal stakeholders to support a high volume of legal matters and to develop organized, accurate, and timely information for legal review and business decision-making.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)**

+ Review contracts, product, merchandising, marketing, promotional, labeling, packaging, and vendor-related materials to identify issues requiring attorney review and gather needed for legal analysis.
