Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to support our probate practice. The candidate will work closely with attorneys and paralegals to ensure smooth case management, accurate document preparation, and timely client communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete probate forms and court documents under the direction of the attorney and/or paralegal
• Draft standard legal correspondence, notices, and simple pleadings
• Maintain and organize digital client files in our case management system (MyCase)
• Assist with intake coordination, client follow‑ups, and status updates
• Ensure documents are accurate, properly formatted, and filed within deadlines
