Our client is looking to hire an Emirati national qualified junior Lawyer or junior legal professional looking to qualify as a Lawyer where they will work closely with an international legal team on a range of corporate and finance matters.

Candidates will have a knowledge of UAE legal frameworks in corporate M&A, including JV’s, as well as some corporate finance and wider commercial contracts. Our client will provide a training and career development programme where there is exposure to high-quality legal work across various sectors in a collaborative and international team environment.
