Establish tech company with an AI flare has an immediate opening for a detail-oriented Legal Operations Specialist to join the legal team! In this role, you will oversee critical processes focused on e-billing and invoice review while driving operational efficiency within the legal department. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the overall success of corporate legal operations. This position is part-time, offering a minimum of 20 hours per week, and is 100% remote.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage and optimize the legal e-billing platform, including invoice review workflows, vendor compliance, matter budgeting, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
