Sika Spain is looking for a Legal & Compliance Officer , located in Alcobendas office (Madrid), to support and strengthen our legal and compliance framework, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and applicable regulations while fostering a strong culture of compliance and transparency.

The mission of the role is to provide legal support, supervise and coordinate key legal and compliance matters, and to implement compliance policies that help prevent legal, financial and reputational risks, while promoting an ethical and transparent business culture across the organisation.
