Key Requirements
Review and negotiate NDAs, engagement/mandate letters, term sheets and non‑binding offers Advise deal and investment teams on legal/commercial terms (scope of services, fees, liability/indemnities, etc.)Support transaction execution, including coordination with external counsel and ensuring documentation aligns with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Contribute to template and process improvements Requirements
