Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate GMSLAs and related trading / collateral documents.Support front office and operations on legal and commercial issues in securities lending.Work with risk, compliance, and external counsel to ensure documents meet regulatory and internal standards.Help maintain template agreements and playbooks to improve consistency and speed of negotiations. Key Requirements
Strong hands‑on experience in GMSLA negotiation and documentation (qualified or non‑qualified negotiator).Good understanding of securities lending and collateral / margin mechanics.Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in GMSLA Equivalent experience as a highly experienced GMSLA negotiator.may also be considered
