Key Responsibilities - Draft, review, and negotiate GMSLAs and related trading / collateral documents.
- Support front office and operations on legal and commercial issues in securities lending.
- Work with risk, compliance, and external counsel to ensure documents meet regulatory and internal standards.
- Help maintain template agreements and playbooks to improve consistency and speed of negotiations.
Key Requirements - Strong hands‑on experience inGMSLA negotiation and documentation (qualified or non‑qualified negotiator).
- Good understanding of securities lending and collateral / margin mechanics.
- Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in GMSLA, or equivalent experience as a highly experienced GMSLA negotiator may also be considered.
