We are seeking an experienced Labour Law Attorney to provide expert legal advice and representation in employment and labour law matters. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in litigation, CCMA and Labour Court proceedings, disciplinary investigations, legal drafting, and client advisory services, with excellent knowledge of labour legislation, corporate governance, and dispute resolution

What you'll do

• Acts as a functional expert by providing sound labour law advice to clients

• Handle activities relating to litigation, negotiations, CCMA & Labour court.

• Provide relevant and advanced internal and external legal training

• Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, opinions and contracts for clients utilising sound legal principles

• Attend internal and external meetings and provide legal input where required
