To conduct research with BKPM and other regulatory bodies.
Drafting and reviewing Board Resolutions.
Drafting and reviewing Deed/Articles of Association.
Reviewing contractual agreements for example employment agreements.
To perform client corporate secretarial compliance on a quarterly, half-yearly and annual basis
To continuously review and ensure that client business activities adhere and comply with Indonesia’s law and regulations.
