Overview Regional role with global exposure across EMEA amp beyond Broad remit across commercial IP compliance projects.
Responsibilities - Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including supply, distribution, and marketing contracts
- Provide legal advice to global marketing teams, particularly on licensing and brand partnerships
- Manage and protect the global trademark portfolio, including registrations and enforcement
- Support compliance programmes and advise on risk management across multiple jurisdictions
- Lead or support dispute resolution matters across the EMEA region
- Contribute to strategic projects including new market entry and M amp A activity
- Improve legal processes, templates, and deliver training to internal stakeholders
- Exposure to high-value cross-border legal work
Qualifications - Minimum 5-7 years' PQE in-house or within private practice
