What youll do as a Legal Counsel:

• Support end-to-end commercial contracting: drafting and negotiating MSAs, supply agreements, O&M contracts, PPAs/ESAs frameworks and subcontracting arrangements.

• Assist with structuring hybrid & microgrid projects (solar, BESS, thermal): help define commercial terms and coordinate with engineering, commercial and delivery teams.
