Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (e.g., vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements, licensing agreements)
• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice to internal stakeholders across departments (sales, HR, finance, product, marketing)
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across the business
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Support corporate governance matters, including board resolutions and entity management
• Manage and oversee outside counsel on specialized or high‑stakes matters
• Assist with employment law matters, including policies, disputes, and terminations
• Support intellectual property matters (trademarks, copyrights, licensing)
• Respond to subpoenas, regulatory inquiries, and litigation holds as needed
