About the Role

We are seeking a high‑calibre Senior Legal Counsel, Employment to join our scaling Legal Department. The role is remote and the role‑holder will be based in either UK, France, Spain, Israel or Ireland. In this strategic role, you will counsel CrowdStrike’s business leaders and the HR team on employment matters across 21 EMEA jurisdictions.

What You’ll Do

• Act as one of three CrowdStrike employment lawyers in the EMEA region and provide additional support for other regions as necessary.
• Serve as a strategic adviser and point of contact to business leadership and the HR team on a wide range of employee relations matters, providing commercially‑driven legal solutions that balance risk with rapid business growth.
