Job Summary:

This role will provide the comprehensive legal support to all functions and activities of KATIM, with a particular focus on drafting the contracts and compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Contracts: Drafting and negotiating the contracts.
• Compliance: Ensuring that KATIM’s activities are performed strictly in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Experience and Education Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Law from the university in the UAE
• Minimum of 3 years of Legal experience in drafting and negotiating the contracts
• UAE lawyer license
