About therole

We havean exciting opportunity for a lawyer to join our in-house legalteam, providing high-quality, timely and commercially focused legalservices across the business. Based in our Adelaide office, youwill work closely with the General Counsel and Senior LegalCounsel, supporting operations across Australia and NewZealand.

This roleplays an important part in supporting the business across a broadrange of commercial, operational, regulatory and legal matters,contributing to both strategic initiatives and day-to-dayoperations.

Duties

• Assist in providingcommercially oriented legal advice across a variety of businesscontracts.
• Support in draftingcommercial agreements, including leases andlicenses.
• Advise on day-to-daylegal and operational issues as they arise.
• Assist with managinginsurance matters for Australia and New Zealand.
