Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Legal Advisory
    • Advise management and business teams on legal risks and implications of business decisions
    • Interpret laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Contract Management
    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (e.g., vendor, partnership, employment, NDAs)
    • Ensure contracts are legally sound and aligned with company objectives
  • Compliance & Governance
    • Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations
    • Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures
    • Support corporate governance matters (board resolutions, filings, etc.)
  • Risk Management
    • Identify legal risks and provide mitigation strategies
    • Manage disputes, claims, and litigation (coordinate with external counsel if needed)
