Assist in the negotiation of investment contracts and agreements, and support in a variety of transactional and corporate governance initiatives.
Assist in liaising with regulatory bodies and authorities to obtain necessary approvals and licenses.
Navigate licensing requirements for digital assets-related activities, such as digital payment services and digital assets management.
Monitor and interpret evolving regulations and guidelines in the crypto and blockchain space.
Job Requirements
A bachelor’s or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school in a common law jurisdiction, admitted to the bar is highly preferred.
