Responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents and provide holistic risk assessment and suggestions to enhance business value while mitigating downside risk across multiple areas of the company.
Assist in the negotiation of investment contracts and agreements, and support in a variety of transactional and corporate governance initiatives.
Assist in liaising with regulatory bodies and authorities to obtain necessary approvals and licenses.
Navigate licensing requirements for digital assets related activities, such as digital payment services and digital assets management.
Monitor and interpret evolving regulations and guidelines in the crypto and blockchain space.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school in common law jurisdiction, admitted to the bar is highly preferred.
